About the role
As the CEO of Jemtek, you have overall responsibility for the company's development. The role is both strategic and operational – you set the direction but are also close to the business, customers, and organization. As CEO, you report to the regional manager at Hjo Installation.
Your mission mainly involves:
- driving growth and improved profitability.
- developing and strengthening the business within the power and energy sector.
- building and nurturing customer relationships, contracts, and long-term partnerships.
- leading and developing the organization with a clear business focus.
- working closely with the regional manager on strategy and goals.
This is a role for you who enjoys combining business development, leadership, and operational presence – and who thrives in a company where decision-making paths are short.
Who are you?
We are looking for a clear business profile with experience from the power and/or energy industry. The industry is relationship-driven, and therefore your network, credibility, and ability to do business are crucial.
We believe that you:
- have solid experience in the power and energy sector.
- have held leadership roles with responsibility for results, business, and contracts.
- are accustomed to working both strategically and operationally.
- have a strong business drive and a natural focus on profitability.
- are confident in the leadership role and clear in your decision-making.
About Jemtek
Jemtek is an established and specialized company in Östersund and part of Hjo Installation. We believe in the power where our expertise in power, electrical grid facilities, and infrastructure helps create the right conditions for society to operate and shape for both the present and the future. We are a comprehensive player working with everything from electrical grid facilities and electrical control equipment in hydropower plants, dam facilities, generator substations, and relay protection testing. With about 15 employees and a turnover of around 30 million SEK, we have a stable foundation, strong competence, and good customer relationships while seeing great opportunities for further growth.
